Forgeflight is made by Basstion Forge LLC. Email support@basstionforge.com with questions, a problem with a purchase, or a player or name to report. We aim to answer within 2 business days and review every report.
Help
- Report or hide a player: tap any message, or open your Squad board and tap ⋯ next to their name.
- Change your nickname: Settings → Change nickname.
- New phone, or reinstalled the app: log in with your email and password.
- Delete your account and data: Settings → Delete my data in the app, or the deletion page.
- Privacy requests (a copy of your data, a correction, a child’s data): email us; we answer within 30 days.
- App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.
