Cybersecurity

Nothing on the board goes unseen.

We watch the whole perimeter, not last year's report.

Found. Owned. Closed.

Every finding gets an owner and a date.

Service / Cybersecurity

Defense in depth. Built to hold.

Security leadership for government contractors and the teams that cannot afford to guess. We run the program every week until the work is done.

01 How it works

From first briefing to closed findings.

Four steps, the same for a two-person machine shop and a 200-person prime. You will know where you stand after the first thirty minutes.

01

Briefing

Thirty minutes. Where you stand, what is coming, what matters first.

Bring: your contracts, your last assessment if you have one, and the clause that worries you.

02

Assessment

Every control checked against the standard you answer to, scored and ranked by risk.

03

Roadmap

A ranked plan with owners and dates. Short enough to act on.

04

We run it

Monthly leadership, reporting, and follow-through until the work is done.

02 Who this is for

Built for the people who bid.

Most of our security work is for government contractors and their suppliers. The same program fits any business that has a customer, an insurer or a regulator asking hard questions.

A Government contractors

Bid with a security program behind you.

If you hold or chase Department of Defense work, the clauses already apply to you. We map every control, close every finding and stand next to you when the assessor arrives.

  • ReadinessCMMC Level 1 and Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012 flow-downs
  • LeadershipA fractional security chief who owns the program week to week
  • EvidencePolicies, plans of action and the proof an assessor asks for, kept current
  • ResponseIncident playbooks written and rehearsed before the bad day

B Small businesses and individuals

A website, an app or an IT setup that just works.

You need something built, and you need it to hold up. We design and build it with you, launch it, and keep it running, with the same discipline we bring to defense work.

  • WebsitesPhones first, fast, accessible, and designed to bring in the work
  • Apps and web appsPortals, booking, dashboards, mobile apps and automation that do a job
  • IT supportHelp desk, devices, accounts, backups and networks for small offices
  • CareHosting, updates and small changes handled every month

03 The gap

A report is not a security program.

Your prime flowed down the requirements. Nobody flowed down the help.

The assessment costs more than your last three hires. The fixes cost more than that.

Last year's findings are still open. So is the risk.

04 The layers

What we hold for you.

Nine layers. Pick the ones you need now; the rest are there when the contract asks for them.

Lead

Fractional security leadership

A security chief on your side of the table, without the full-time salary.

Comply

CMMC and NIST 800-171 readiness

Every control mapped, owned, and evidenced before the assessor arrives.

Fix

Vulnerability and patch programs

Findings scored, assigned, and closed. Every one has an owner.

Prepare

Incident readiness

Playbooks written and rehearsed before the bad day, not during it.

Assess

Security assessments

A clear picture of where you stand against the standard you answer to, ranked by risk.

Train

Policies and training

Plain-language policies your staff will follow, and short awareness training that sticks.

Harden

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace hardening

MFA, conditional access, mail security and admin roles locked down.

Review

Vendor and supply chain review

Know which suppliers touch your data and what they have promised to protect.

Build

Security for your software

Secret scanning, code review and dependency checks for teams who build their own tools.

Framework

NIST CSF 2.0

The six functions (Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover) as the backbone of every program.

Requirement

NIST SP 800-171

The 110 requirements for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information.

Certification

CMMC Level 1 and 2

Readiness for the Department of Defense certification program, and the evidence to prove it.

06 Your turn

Hold to seal the perimeter.

Five functions, one perimeter. Press and hold the core, and watch each layer close.

07 Straight answers

Before you book.

We are a small shop. Do we really need this?

If you hold defense work, the contract clauses already apply to you. Size changes the plan, not the obligation.

Didn't CMMC get paused?

The Phase 2 rollout was paused in July 2026. The existing DFARS requirements were not, and primes still flow them down.

Will you just hand us a report?

No. The report is week two. The rest of the engagement is closing what it found.

Can you help us bid?

Yes. We prepare the security artifacts a solicitation asks for, answer the questionnaires, and stand behind the answers after award.

We already have an IT provider.

Good. We lead the security program and work alongside them. If you would rather have one team for both, we also provide IT support.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee, scoped in the briefing. You will know the number before you commit to anything.

Next step

Start at the core.

Tell us where you stand. We will come back with where to start.
